1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using “Everything You Need” (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
The Service does not use accounts. There is no sign-up, login, or password — you can browse and download everything anonymously.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or probe the Service or its security controls.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
- Do not resell the curated resources or pass them off as your own paid product.
4. Content & intellectual property
Curated resources and links may be owned by third parties and remain their property. The Service's own design and code are owned by us and may not be copied without permission.
5. Pricing & payment
Library resources are paid digital downloads, priced per file at ₹99 (India) or $4 (international) — the price shown at checkout applies. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we don't store your card, UPI, or bank details. On successful payment we email a secure download link valid for a limited period and number of downloads (shown at checkout). The Free LLM APIs and Links pages remain free.
5a. Refunds
Because purchases are digital files delivered instantly, sales are generally final. If a file fails to download, the link doesn't work, or you were charged incorrectly, email connect@arjusingh.com within 7 days and we'll fix it or refund the payment.
6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We may restrict or block access that violates these Terms or abuses the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
