🚀 Launch Your iOS App in 24 Hours

This is the exact workflow I use to go from idea → live App Store app in one day. Tick each step as you finish — progress saves in this browser.

🎉 All 6 steps done — your app is live. Ship it!
Before you touch design or code, get the logic right. Then let AI handle implementation while you focus on logic, UX and decisions.

1 Define the User Flow 30–60 min

🧠 Tool: FigJam

Before touching design or code, map the logic. Open FigJam and sketch:

  • Entry point (Onboarding / Login)
  • Core action (what's the main feature?)
  • Supporting screens (Profile, Settings, Dashboard, etc.)
  • Exit / Success states
👉 Keep it rough — boxes and arrows are enough. Understand the journey, remove unnecessary steps, keep it simple. If you can't explain your app in 5 screens or less, simplify it.

2 Design the Screens 2–4 hours

🎨 Tool: Figma

Copy your sketches into Figma and turn each one into a clean mobile frame.

What to focus on
  • Clear hierarchy
  • Strong typography
  • Simple color system
  • Consistent spacing
  • Realistic mock data
Pull references from
  • Dribbble
  • Mobbin
  • App Store top charts
💡 Do NOT overdesign — the goal is clarity. When finished: double-check alignment, name your frames properly, organize layers. Clean Figma = smoother AI conversion later.

3 Convert Design Into a Real App 2–3 hours

⚙️ Tool: Superappp (AI SwiftUI builder)

Now the magic happens:

  • Copy your Figma file link
  • Paste it into Superappp
  • Let the AI convert your UI into real SwiftUI components

You'll instantly get proper layout structure, navigation, wired buttons and basic states — saving days of manual development.

4 Add Backend & Integrations 2–4 hours

Turn your design into a real product. Inside Superappp, chat with the AI and request:

🔐 Authentication
  • "Add email/password login"
  • "Add Apple Sign In"
  • "Create onboarding flow"
🗄 Database
  • "Connect a database"
  • "Create a user table"
  • "Store user-generated content"
☁ Backend logic
  • API connections
  • Data fetching
  • Save user progress
  • Push notifications (optional)
You don't need to write backend code manually — just describe what you want clearly.

5 Test & Iterate 2–3 hours

Before publishing, test the onboarding, login/logout and edge cases — then try to break it.

If something feels off, just tell the AI:

  • "The login doesn't redirect properly"
  • "Add loading state"
  • "Improve error message"
Iterate fast. This is where speed beats perfection.

6 Publish to the App Store

Once stable:

  • Inside Superappp, click "Publish"
  • Follow the App Store submission steps
  • Generate screenshots
  • Write your app description
  • Submit for review
Superappp guides you through the process. Approval usually takes 24–48 hours.

⏱ Realistic 24-Hour Timeline

Hour 1User flow
Hours 2–5Design
Hours 6–9AI conversion
Hours 10–16Backend & integrations
Hours 17–20Testing
Hours 21–24Publish & polish

🧠 Key Mindset Shift

Designer waiting for dev
Founder stuck in no-code
You are: Product architect · AI director · Execution machine

AI handles implementation. You focus on logic, UX and decisions.

🔥 Pro Tips

Keep v1 simple
Ship fast
Focus on the onboarding
Improve weekly
Add features later
Speed > perfection.

The 10-Minute Premium Dashboard Workflow

The 3-step process to ship a dashboard that doesn't look AI-generated — in under 10 minutes. Tick each step as you finish; progress saves in this browser.

🎉 All 3 steps done — your dashboard is live. Ship it!
A premium dashboard is a block + a custom background + motion. Get those three right and it stops looking like every other AI build.

1 Pick a block ~2 min

🧱 Tool: Shadcn blocks

Go to efferd.com/blocks/dashboard and pick the dashboard block you like. Copy its prompt and paste it into Claude Code.

  • Then describe what the dashboard is for — so Claude adapts the template instead of just replicating it.
👉 The more context you give (audience, key metrics, tone), the less generic the result.

2 Add a custom background with Limora ~4 min

🎨 Tool: Limora

This is what makes your dashboard stop looking like every other AI build. Open Limora and go to Background Image.

  • Describe the visual you want and adjust the settings
  • Download the image
  • Upload it to Claude Code and ask it to add it to your dashboard as a banner
🎨 Get Limora at limora.ai — start generating on-brand assets.

3 Animate your interface ~4 min

✨ Tool: transitions.dev skill

Install the transitions.dev skill in Claude Code, then:

  • Ask it to animate your interface
  • Refine the design until it feels right
  • Once everything looks good, ask Claude to publish it — and your dashboard is live
