Privacy Policy — Everything You Need

1. Who we are

“Everything You Need” (“we”, “us”) operates this website. For any privacy question, contact us at connect@arjusingh.com.

2. Information we collect

There are no accounts and no passwords. We collect the minimum needed to sell and deliver a paid download:

Your email address — provided at checkout so we can email you the download link and receipt. We store it with the purchase record.
Purchase records — which file you bought, the amount and currency, the payment reference (payment id), and the download link's validity (expiry / download count). We do not store card, bank, or UPI details.
Payment data (via Razorpay) — card/UPI/netbanking details are entered on and processed by our payment provider, Razorpay. We never see or store them; we only receive a confirmation and payment id.
Server logs — our host may keep standard short-lived access logs (IP, timestamp) for security and reliability, as any web server does.

3. How we use information

To process your payment and deliver the file you purchased.
To email your secure download link and receipt, and let you re-download within the link's validity window.
To provide support and handle refund or delivery issues.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and we do not send marketing email unless you separately ask us to.

4. Cookies

Our own pages set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising trackers. During checkout, Razorpay's payment window may set its own cookies on its domain to process the transaction securely — see Razorpay's privacy policy.

5. How we protect your data

We collect as little as possible — just your email and a purchase record; no passwords and no card data. Card/UPI data is handled entirely by Razorpay (a PCI-DSS-compliant provider). Payments are verified server-side with a cryptographic signature, and the site is served over HTTPS.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what's necessary to run the service — your email/payment reference with Razorpay to process the payment, and your email with our email provider to deliver the link — or where required by law.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email connect@arjusingh.com.

8. Data retention

We keep purchase records (email, file, payment reference) for as long as needed to provide re-downloads, support, refunds, and to meet tax/accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your email from our records at any time (this may end access to past download links).

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
